In this Yoga class we are energizing and creating spaciousness for our day. Short & Sweet, there’s always time for you. We’ll start with Surya Bhedana, an energizing breathing technique*, and follow it up with some Sun breaths modified Sun Salutes, Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II), Triangle pose (Trikonasana), Chair pose (Utkatasana), Locust pose (Salabhasana), Mermaid and a few more things in between. Ending with a mini Savasana and rocking up into the day. Namaste.
*If you are feeling anxious, emotionally or physically hot, or you are pregnant this may be a technique to skip. You can just sit and observe your breath instead. Always listen to your body.
